User manual for hammers:

User of the hammer must always secure that the handlestays light and firm on the head.
User of the hammer must avoid to strike to a hard steel material or surface with a steel hammer. This operation may cause harm and injure other people as small pieces of steel may fly and scatter to the surrounding.
